If there is one season which unveil the most the potential of the surrounding nature, it is firmly Autumn. While vines are attiring themselves in their most beautiful colors, nature for its part starts to reveal its best flavours.

That is why, Chef Nicolas Masse from the 2-Michelin star restaurant La Grand’Vigne, offers a special menu during  November. Directly inspired from the wooded environment surrounding Les Sources de Caudalie, this menu will underline seasonal products with assertive taste.

Hare pâté en croûte and foie gras,
beetroot pickles

Scallops with black truffle and penny bun,
wooded stock

Wood pigeon, candied roots and quince chutney,
toast with giblets

Chartreuse Soufflé,
undergrowth scents sorbet
