Things always come in fours!

On May 13th, a new serie of exceptionnal dinners open at La Grand’Vigne. Nicolas Masse invite is colleague, Christophe Aribert, from the 2-Michelin stars restaurant Les Terrasses, to share his kitchen. They will cook a uncommon menu with a wine pairing make by Château Smith Haut Lafitte.

 

During this exquisite dinner, guests will taste the best recipes combining the better of the two Chefs. During this culinary journey in six steps, caviar and chartreuse, royal langoustine and rhubarb, French foie gras and Antésite, suckling lamb and chloropyll, fruit passion raviole and thyme or even vine shoot on the Graves terroir… Some astonishing associations which will awake the taste buds and enchant your palate.

Those six creations will go with vintages from Château Smith Haut Lafitte, carefully selected by our Head Sommelier. Find below all the details of this unmissable rendez-vous, first of a serie of culinary encounters:
